The conference which is sponsored by BeihangUniversity (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) and Value Engineering Society of Beijing aims to foster international research collaborations in Value Engineering and Value Management. It will be held at BeihangUniversity from October 16 to 17, 2009 and all are welcomed to participate.

The conference is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and SAVE International. Approved papers will be delivered to ISTP (Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings) and then have chances of being retrieved.
